The Beginning of #8 & #10... what a way to start the new year...


Happy New Year to all! In my 28 years of being on this earth I have never made a New Years Resolution. Partly because I always saw people failing, but in the spirit of this blog, I thought it an appropriate time to kick-start 2 of my goals.

About 3 months ago I bough Jackie Warner's book, in order to focus my energy on eating healthier, working out more, and directly my energy into a positive force. And come the beginning of December, the book sat there, on my night stand, unread. So, about two weeks ago I picked it up and started planning my method of attack!

Luckily for me, #8 taking my vitamins for 30 days, and #10 working out 4 days a week for 4 weeks, fits in very nicely with the Warner Way, and so today is my first day of those 2 goals! Wish me luck folks, I'll keep you updated along the way!
